Hefner Road Pet Resort

Jaydyn is the second longest tenured employee at Hefner Road Pet Resort. She started as a Kennel Tech while still in High School and was promoted to CSR. She loves getting to hang out with animals all day long and getting to create a safe environment for them. She has always been an avid animal lover which led her to get two cats.

Jordan is a dog lover and animal enthusiast. She is going to college in hopes of becoming a veterinarian. She’s been around animals her whole life and the compassion and energy she brings helps provide a safe and loving environment for all the pets in our Resort. She loves each and every animal in her care as if they were her own.

Callie is a High School student who is working towards pre-nursing. She has two dog and two cats and a long time love of horses. Her love of animals shows every day when she’s at work.

Adam is a high school student who loves being outside, hanging out with friends and taking care of animals. He’s very handy when it comes to fixing things like scooters and bikes. He has a passion for helping dogs and cats feel loved and cared for.

Shelbie has dedicated much of her career to working with animals and helping pets look and feel their very best. With years of professional grooming experience, she is passionate about providing a safe, comfortable, and positive grooming experience for every pet that comes through the door. She believes grooming is about more than appearance—it’s an important part of a pet’s overall health, comfort, and well-being. Known for her patience, attention to detail, and gentle approach, Shelbie enjoys building lasting relationships with both pets and their families. She has experience working with a wide variety of breeds, coat types, and temperaments, and takes pride in helping each pet feel comfortable and cared for throughout the grooming process. Outside of work, Shelbie enjoys spending time with her two children, exploring new places, reading, and caring for her chickens and other animals. Whether she’s planning a family adventure or creating a fresh new look for a furry client, she brings creativity, compassion, and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Kennadee has always had a deep love for animals and is fulfilling a lifelong dream of working with them. She’s planning on going to college, where she can continue to grow her knowledge and passion for animal care and pursue a career as an RVT or Veterinarian
